# Getting started with IS-FOX

Select a course, set up a training, and get started.

## Get started! 

We have built IS-FOX in a way you can set up your trainings in under 5 minutes, and then sit back and relax! We'll take care of the rest, really 😊. 

-   **Option 1:** Go to the Course Library and select a course of your choice
-   **Option 2:** Create a custom training by combining multiple courses
-   **Option 3:** Use one of our predefined trainings and get started right away

### Admin area vs training area (LMS) 

-   **Admin area**: Here you can manage your organization's trainings and courses, upload users and enroll them to trainings, and manage licenses and your subscription.

-   **Training area**: Here is where the training happens. Your employees can access and complete their trainings, as well as exporting the certificate of completion.
