Payment and Billing

In the Account and Settings menu, select Plan and Payment and click Payment and Billing.

This will take you to the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can:

• View and download invoices
• Manage payment methods
• Update your billing address
• View subscription details

How to Open the Portal

1. Click your profile area in the bottom-left corner to open the Account and Settings menu
2. Select Plan and Payment
3. Click Payment and Billing button
4. A new tab will open with the Stripe Customer Portal
5. Enter your email address
6. Stripe will send you a login link to access your Customer Portal

Note

Access to the Stripe Customer Portal is restricted to the admin who initially created the account. Other admins or participants will not receive an access link, even if they enter their email address on the platform.
